The T-Bone is a combination of two lean, tender steaks, consisting of both top loin (strip) and tenderloin steaks, connected by a tell-tale T-shaped bone. A great grilled T-bone takes some attention to detail, but the payoff is a big, beefy steak that’s hard to beat.
